Kontrola konta użytkownika nie działa, a wszystko jest zablokowane

Wczoraj próbowałem (głupio) uruchomić skrypt wsadowy, który (teoretycznie) powinien zresetować WinSock bez restartowania systemu.

To nie zadziałało.

A teraz urządzenie WiFi nie istnieje; Nie mogę uruchomić Menedżera urządzeń systemu; Nie mogę uruchomić regedit. Wygląda na to, że coś z UAC (chyba) jest zepsute.

To jest skrypt (znaleziony z post z dnia 10 maja 2014 r. w witrynie Tweaking.com teraz wydaje się być osiągalne właśnie przez Google Cache )

Skrypt zrobił kopię zapasową wszystkiego, ale nie wiem, co (i jak) przywrócić. Istnieje wiele plików tekstowych i plików files.reg (to oczywiście blokuje eksplorator, jeśli próbuję uruchomić).

Jak mogę przywrócić UAC i urządzenia bez formatu?
