Co to jest aktualizacja pliku apt?

Postępowałem zgodnie z tymi instrukcjami i zainstalowałem apt-filewraz z kilkoma innymi pakietami:

sudo apt-get install gnupg pbuilder ubuntu-dev-tools bzr-builddeb apt-file

A teraz przy każdym uruchomieniu komputera pojawia się następujący komunikat:
