Właśnie zaktualizowałem system do Ubuntu 16.04 z 15.10 i mój VirtualBox nie chce już się uruchamiać. Próbowałem Płukanie virtualbox

i włóczęga z mojego systemu i wydaje się działać (nie jestem sysadmin w ogóle btw, więc miej to głupie proste). Po ponownej instalacji za pomocą DEB online lub za pomocą apt-get

Znalazłem odpowiedź, to była ta funkcja bezpiecznego rozruchu instalowana przez Ubuntu podczas aktualizacji. Instrukcje nie były jasne, jak usunąć to bezpieczne uruchamianie, ale udało mi się to zrobić.
